The announcement text: Duties entail entry level bookkeeping and payroll. Candidate will be responsible for entering of bills, paying vendors and reconciling accounts. Additionally, the job entails payroll for fifty employees using a TimeClock and Paychex`s Preview software. The Role
Primary responsibilities will be focused around invoice coding, entering, reconciling and payment runs. This role reports into the Financial Controller and there will be an opportunity to assist with other financial tasks during busy periods. Full study support will be offered and is indicative of the clients willingness to develop the right candidate. The General Ledger System is Great Plains although no prior experience of this system is required. Suitable applicants will have at least 12 months purchase ledger experience, a good sense of humour and enthusiasm.
