Biolumina, a pharmaceutical advertising agency located in NYC is seeking CREATIVE 3D ARTISTS to work in our Imaging Department on a freelance basis. You will be working closely with our Creative Director, top Art Directors and Retouchers. We are interested in free thinkers who are quick on their feet in creating cutting edge presentation comps for clients and possibly for reproduction. You should have a working knowledge of 3D applications for print. Modeling, texturing, lighting and rendering skills for photo-realistic high-resolution renders are required. Also, a strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is required, including general cleanup and spotting of images, photocomposition, transformation, complex masking, creating accurate paths, use of adjustment layers, working with multiple-layered files and a wide variety of images including people and product photography. Any knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign are also a plus. This position is for ON-SITE WORK ONLY and please be located within the NYC area. The Role:

This role involves contacting decision-makers and existing customers by telephone ensuring that they are aware of upcoming events and at the same time sell the services to them and secure their interest. This is not a typical "cold calling" role as you will work within an existing database. However, recognising potential promotional and sales opportunities is a crucial part of the job. You will also contact incoming enquiries from prospective customers and sell the benefits of the service to them. You are expected to be on the phone for at least 3 hours a day. Furthermore you have to work between 3 to 4 events per month for which a full briefing will be given beforehand.

Other responsibilities are:

- the completion of a call guide for each event
- exceeding revenue targets
- completing all non-sales activities outside the prime selling time
- attending regular sales meeting and briefings
- amending and updating the database
- answering all work related E-mails

Candidate Profile:

You are expected to work on your own initiative always upholding a bright, enthusiastic and motivated attitude as you will be on the phone most of the day. You will need to have an excellent telephone manner along with very good communication and interpersonal skills.
Standard PC knowledge is fundamental and so is a target driven but friendly personality.

The Role:

The overall aim of the position as a Capital Accountant will be to manage the financial control over the fixed assets, using US GAAP. You will be a part of a very important team that need to deliver excellent customer service to US Corporate, engineers and meet all business needs.
The position will include the following key responsibilities.

- Liaising with the Finance and Legal department.
-Dealing with financial enquiries.
-Ensure compliance with group policy regarding approval and acquisitions and disposals
-Ensure assets are capitalised when brought into economic use
-Complete monthly/quarterly schedules and reports within the deadlines required.
-Implement a rolling program of asset verification and support the plant controllers
-Monthly reconciliation of profit or loss disposal
-Liaise with auditors when needed to provide evidence for fixed assets valuation in the balance sheet.

Candidate Profile:

Candidates must be fluent in English to mother tongue level, or equivalent. Additional language skills could be an advantage. The successful candidate will be degree educated in ACCA or CIMA or part qualified or equivalent European Finance degree. An eye for details, well organized and have an ability to work under pressure as well as customer service skills are essential for this role. Excellent IT skills in Excel and preferably also in SAP or Oracle. Experience in US GAAP and SAP Fixed asset module would be highly beneficial.
