Our Frontdesk Manager answers the phone, schedules appointments, verifies insurance, and is the Public Relations Persona for our patients. You must have a crisp, neat appearance, highly professional telephone manner, and dedicated customer service skills. These positions are based in Secondary schools so excellent communication skills are essential when liaising with both students and staff.
